How Many Bags of Cement is 100 CFT Concrete

How Many Bags of Cement is 100 CFT Concrete Works?

100 CFT (Cubic Feet) is solid or wet work, we find the quantity of Dry Material (Cement, Sand, and Aggregate).

We know, dry work 54% addition of wet works.

In other words,
Total dry works = 100+54% cft
=100+(100×0.54) cft
=100+54 cft
=154 cft

We need 15 Megapascal strength concrete for Floor mortar, So We using a 1:2:4 ( cement: sand: aggregates ) concrete ratio. [You will change the concrete ratio with you works type]

Sum Of Cement, Sand and Aggregate Ratio
=1:2:4
=1+2+4
=7

Quantity of Dry Material Cement, Sand, and Aggregate

How Many Bags of Cement is 100 CFT Concrete?

Cement= [(Cement Ratio × Quantity of Dry Work) ÷ Sum of Rato] cft
=(1×154)÷7 cft
=154÷7 cft
=22 cft
=22÷1.25 bags [50kg 1bag cement = 1.25 cft, cement]
=17.6 bags
≈18 bags cement

How Much Sand is 100 CFT Concrete?

Sand= [(Sand Ratio × Quantity of Dry Work) ÷ Sum of Rato] cft
=(2×154)÷7 cft
=308÷7 cft
=44 cft

How Much Aggregate 100 CFT Concrete?

Aggregate= [(Aggregate Ratio × Quantity of Dry Work) ÷ Sum of Rato] cft
=(4×154)÷7 cft
=616÷7 cft
=88 cft

Grade of Concrete Ratio

What type of compressive strength to need for right different works using C: S: A (cement: sand: aggregates) Ratio.
